Welcome to Kim Kair Salon, we are a locally, family-owned and operated full-service salon for men, women and children. We are opened 6 days a week, including Sundays! We are closed on Tuesdays.

We are located in Kirkland, right off of I-405 exit 20B on 124th St., across the street from Toyota of Kirkland, in the same plaza with Lucky 7 Bar, G Deli, Santa Fe Mexican Restaurant and Himitsu Teriyaki.

Payment Methods:

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discovery. We don't accept any personal or business checks.    

Cancellation Policy:

As a courtesy to our clients and our staff, please give us at least 24-hour advance on any rescheduling or cancellations. No shows will be marked in our database, after two no shows we have the right to refuse future appointments. This doesn't mean we refuse service, simply appointments; you are free to walk-in. 

Appointment Policy:

Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment to allow us to better serve you. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Refund Policy:

We do not issue refunds on services provided or gift certificates purchased.

Products Return Policy:

Products returned within 7 days of purchase and with a receipt will be refunded in the original payment method.

Haircut Guarantee Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with a haircut you have received, we are happy to provide you the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the haircut. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in style of the cut, just the tweaks. Redo are free of charge. We ask that you please call to schedule the redo within 1 week of the original service. Full haircut price applies after 7 days. 

Color Guarantee Policy:

Within 48 hours of your original color service if you are not satisfied, please give us a call the redo must be scheduled within 1 week of the original service and with the same stylist who provided the service. However, in the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the stylist is unable to provide the service, an exception may be for the redo to be scheduled with another stylist. If it is determined that you wanted another color service you will only be charged for the deference of that service (i.e. you got a partial foil but a full foil would give you the effect you wanted).  If it’s determine that you want something different than what you ask in the first place, it will be considered as a new service and will be priced accordantly. Color correction services are not covered under this policy because it is never a single process solution.

Refer-A-Friend Program:

If you have enjoyed your experience and love your hair, please show your gratitude by referring your friends and family. We believe that a referral is the best compliment that you can give us. How it works: When your friend comes in for a first appointment and says you referred them, we will add a $5 credit to your account, good towards any service! Clients referred must be a new customer.
